CHEN Qinglan

Chen Qinglan is a Senior Partner at Beijing Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm, Senior Counsel at the Long An Guangzhou Research Center for Major and Complex Civil and Commercial Matters, and a researcher at the Long An Bay Area Commercial Arbitration Research Center. She worked in civil and commercial litigation and administrative trial work for more than ten years before leaving public service in 2019 to practice law. She focuses on major disputes involving real estate and land, construction contracts, real estate development and operation, equity transfers, tort, marriage and inheritance, as well as complex administrative disputes.
