黄钰欣HUANG Yuxin

黄钰欣律师，中共党员，西南政法大学法学学士，广东省律师协会政府法律顾问委员会委员、中山市律师协会政府法律顾问委员会主任，还兼任中山市行政复议委员会专家委专家、中山市司法局人民监督员、中山市检察机关检察听证员、电子科技大学中山学院外聘教师。黄律师深耕中山律师行业十余年，曾为中山市人民政府办公室、中山市生态环境局、南朗街道、港口政府、三乡政府提供法律顾问或专项服务，专长于政府法律顾问、复杂民商事争议解决、刑事辩护等诉讼和非诉业务。

Huang Yuxin is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She is a member of the Government Legal Counsel Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and Director of the Government Legal Counsel Committee of the Zhongshan Lawyers Association. She also serves as an expert on the Zhongshan Administrative Reconsideration Committee, a people's supervisor of the Zhongshan Municipal Justice Bureau, a procuratorial hearing observer, and an external lecturer at the Zhongshan Institute of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. She has practiced in Zhongshan for more than ten years and focuses on government legal counsel, complex civil and commercial dispute resolution, and criminal defense.
